DoJ okays Netsuite slurp

Oracle says the United States Department of Justice has approved its planned acquisition of NetSuite.

Big Red says "the all-cash tender offer for NetSuite at $109.00 per share, set to expire on October 6, 2016, will proceed as planned assuming the minimum required number of shares are tendered."

That's still an uncertain assumption, as some investors are arguing against Oracle's offer.

NetSuite's investor relations page now hosts a handful of new filings related to the takeover bid, if you feel like poring over some fine print. ®
