Google deleting websites

Google is warning users that it will soon delete their websites.

Don't panic: only sites served from Google Drive accounts are being wiped. Google deprecated Drive as a hosting option on August 31, 2015 and gave users a year to get their act (and files) together. That deadline is now nearing, so Google is issuing final warnings.

If your site's url is googledrive.com/host/[yourvaluehere], you need to sort yourself out in the next few weeks.

Google recommends either switching to the Drive API to serve content, or the third-party host Firebase which is tooled up for easy migrations. ®
