New boss at .au helm

The company that manages Australia's .au top-level domain, AuDA, has named its new CEO.

Cameron Boardman is a lifelong civil servant who was most recently head of investor engagement at the jobs department of an Australian state government. He also has cybersecurity experience, having started up a number of cybersecurity projects.

Boardman will start before the end of the month and replaces former CEO Chris Disspain, who was unexpectedly forced out in March after 16 years at the company and before his contract was up. ®
