Google cloud VMs offline

Google has endured a networking glitch in its US-central1-c region. The problem lasted about three hours and some users were asked to “perform a Stop/Start cycle on their instances to regain connectivity.”

During the three-hour outage some instances were “inaccessible by internal and external IP addresses.” ®
