Big Blue buys Bluewolf

IBM says it has closed its acquisition of SaaS consultancy Bluewolf.

The deal gives IBM control of one of Salesforce.com's bigger consulting companies, and will allow Big Blue to add Salesforce consulting among the SaaS options in its iX brand of services. Bluewolf has around 500 employees in 12 offices worldwide.

Though terms of the deal were not given, the price has been reported as in the $200m range. ®
