iPAD-FONDLING fanboi sparks SECURITY ALERT at Sydney airport

Breaches screening rules cos Apple SCREEN ROOLZ, ok?

An iPad-obsessed bloke reportedly triggered an irritating security alert at Sydney Airport in Australia earlier today.

The passenger apparently skipped the screening process and instead used an exit at the airport's Terminal 3, which is used for domestic flights, because his head was buried deep in his fondleslab.

It would seem that the bloke didn't know where he was walking and inadvertently bypassed the normal security procedures, much to the horror of personnel at the airport.

As a result, passengers were evacuated from the airport this morning after officials clocked the mishap on CCTV footage, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

"The man disembarked a flight and left. It appears he wasn't paying attention, was looking at his iPad, forgot something and walked back past (the security area)," a Qantas spokeswoman told the newspaper. "He has departed now."

The cockup led to a one-hour flight delay for some passengers who were apparently told to go through security screening again as a precaution. ®
