Apple's GOLDEN BLING MOBE still the top selling US handset

iPhone 5s still comfortably thrashing all competition

Apple's blinged-up iPhone 5s is still the top selling phone in America, new stats have revealed.

According to data released by analysts at the investment bank Canaccord Genuity, the 5s is the most in demand phone among customers at the top four wireless carriers for the third month in a row.

Stats show the iPhone 5s is the top selling mobe at AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile.

The cheaper iPhone 5c is the second most popular mobe for AT&T and Sprint, and the third favourite at T-Mobile and Verizon.

Samsung's Galaxy S4 was the other phone in the top three lists of all the mobile providers. Canaccord Genuity analyst T. Michael Walkley said the iPhone 5s was "by far the top selling smartphone ... at most channels where the smartphone launched globally". ®
