Morse will dash for AIM under new CEO

Morse has shaken up things at the top with a number of board changes including the appointment of Kevin Alcock as its new chief executive.

He will take on the role with immediate effect, replacing Duncan McIntyre who will become executive deputy chairman at the professional services firm.

Alcock had previously been chief executive of the consultancy arm of Morse since September last year.

Following the demerger of Monitise last month, the firm has been setting ambitious targets including raising funds to get Morse listed on AIM.

It said that other board changes had been made at the firm, including the appointment of Nicholas Sandison as company secretary.

He replaces Lee Cameron who has stepped down from the board alongside non-executive director, Colin Tucker.

Alcock said: "We have a clear strategy for growth and a strong and experienced board in place to drive the further development of our business as a stand alone listed Business and IT consultancy firm." ®
