Reg Reader Studies It won't have escaped your attention that the IT management space is quite a hot topic right now - or at least it is if you listen to IT vendors.

Given that we don't like just taking their word for it, we'd like to find out from you guys some down to earth stuff about the current state of play when it comes to managing IT.
