Business telecoms and broadband outfit - Atlantic - has had its shares suspended on the London Stock Exchange "pending clarification of its financial position".
It's not known when the company will make a further announcement about its future.
Last month the troubled outfit - which has debts of around £200 million - put itself up for sale.
At the time the company said that it was talking to a number of interested parties and that any potential purchase would be swift.
Last year Atlantic's share price climbed as high as £13. Last night it closed at just 5p. ®
