Cheeky monkeys

SurfControl sent us a press release today announcing the release of Cyber Patrol 5, the "Most Sophisticated, Customisable and Full-Featured Filtering Software Ever Available".
Cheeky monkeys. Cyber Patrol is currently blocking The Register, because we have "published information on [our] website providing details on how to hack into the software and render it ineffective."
Incidentally, Reg hack Kieren McCarthy was asked this week to give an interview concerning Harry Potter by Nickolodeon, the children's TV channel. Thank goodness we turned them down. Think of all the damage we could have caused to the impressionable children. ®
