In a lovely piece of irony, the company GameOverUK.com has gone into liquidation this afternoon.
We don't know anything about GameOverUK.com, but we presume it was a games company of some sort that has been hit by the recent online gaming turmoil. We probably never will know now. A visit to www.gameoveruk.com - presumably its Web site - simply informs us that we're not allowed in.
We do know that its creditors met up this morning in the Swan hotel in Leighton Buzzard and they weren't too pleased. In fact they decided that getting a liquidator in to sort out the company was the best way forward.
If you want to know more, you can pop along to 76 New Cavendish Street in London and ask to be shown a copy of the creditors report. But we suspect, you'll just enjoy a quick chuckle. ®
