Given the plethora of software and services on offer that promise to address all of those needs and issues, what is it that's still not right?

That's why we want to find out how your organisation is doing with regard to managing and retrieving information. What tools are you using? What for? What's going well? What are the obstacles to improving things?

It doesn't matter whether you work for a big investment bank, or a small IFA - please let us have your views (and simply ignore questions that don't apply to your environment).
