"Cloud" has been the marketing buzz word of much of the last two years. Many IT vendors now fear to talk about any product or solution without squeezing the term into usage at least three times a minute, even if they have nothing to do with any type of cloud, whichever credible definition you care to take.

As for some of the more solid stuff going on in the cloud space, none of it is magic dust. As we all know, technology developments rarely deliver any benefits to the business without the organisation undergoing some form of change at the process or people level, or both.

We want to find out the kinds of ways you see “cloud” affecting the way you deliver IT services. Does the need for certain skills, policies and processes disappear, or does the need for discipline around operations, security, support, architecture and information management actually increase when you mix and match cloud and on premise options?
