Kentucky man denies drunk driving, blames blow job
Finger lickin' good oral testimony
A Kentucky man who was arrested for DUI has said his erratic driving was less to do with alcohol and more to do with the oral sex he was receiving from his passenger at the time.
Jason Kircher was pulled over by cops after being clocked at 66mph in a 55 mph zone on Interstate 64, the Courier Journal reports.
An officer spotted an "open container" in the car and noted Kircher's "glassy eyes" before subjecting the 31-year-old to a series of sobriety tests - all of which Kircher failed.
When his blood alcohol level was checked, it was found to be 0.054, under the legal limit of .08. Drivers can still be charged with DUI in Kentucky if they are under the limit, if there is other evidence of impairment.
Kircher apparently volunteered that he had been receiving oral sex form his passenger, and that this was the reason for his veering off the straight and narrow.
This doesn't appear to have gone down well with the cops. Kircher was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, careless driving and speeding.
Passenger Jessica Talarovich, 31, of Louisville was hit with charges of public intoxication and possession of an open alcoholic container, though it is not clear whether that latter charge refers to Kircher.
You can see just how glassy-eyed Kircher was here. ®
