The Atom-based convertible sports a largely standard netbook spec - Atom CPU, 10.1in, 1024 x 600 display and integrated Wi-Fi - but will debut with the decidedly odd moniker Fizzbook Spin, which sounds more like a character from a Harry Potter story that a classroom computer.

It will be sold here by CMS and Research Machines.

Intel's latest Classmate design incorporates a big carry handle and a stylus-controlled touchscreen which pivots round from the standard clamshell layout into tablet form. Its webcam rotates too.
