Reader Studies For all the talk about server virtualization, it would be easy to get the impression that for many organisations it’s already a done deal – servers have been virtualized, workloads have been consolidated, challenges have been overcome, benefits achieved, yadda yadda.

However, we know - not least from this workshop series - that while server virtualization is seen as a good thing in principle, it is still early days for the technology.

What we'd like to do here is drill down a little and get a clearer picture of where exactly things are at. If you are still using virtualization for dev and test, if you're coming out of the pilot phase and learning as you go, or if indeed you're “going for the one” and planning/rolling out a major deployment of virtual machines, we'd be delighted if you could grab a cuppa and complete our very short poll.
