LG has thrown itself back into fashion and unveiled something that every label obsessed catwalk junkie will no doubt want to own this season: the Prada II.

LG's Prada II: a physical keyboard's the main difference

Building on its original Prada phone, the Korean firm and fashion label Prada have launched their second attempt at a fashionable phone.

LG admitted that the Prada II is “almost identical” to the original - a Qwerty keyboard that slides out from underneath the mark II’s display is pretty much all that separates it from the purely touchscreen Prada I.

Wi-Fi and HSDPA 3G downloads at up to 7.2Mb/s

Moving away from the purely aesthetic features, you’ll find that the Prada II features quad-band GSM/GPRS/Edge connection capabilities. It can also support HSDPA 3G downloads at up to 7.2Mb/s.

You’ll be able to surf your home’s Wi-Fi connection using the Prada II, and it should taken some good quality pictures of supermodels given that there’s a five-megapixel camera on board.

LG’s Prada II will be available across Europe in time from Christmas, with a “starting price” of €600 (£476/$818).
