Customers of budget ISP Fast24 have been stranded for the second time this year after the provider was cut-off by one of its suppliers.

Services to Fast24 were suspended yesterday by UKSolutions, a Warwickshire-based hosting firm. Fast24's domain registrar service Domainbuster has also been crocked by the issue.

Register reader Derek has around 30 customers supplied through Domainbuster. Their email services are unavailable. He said: "The service has been pretty patchy. I didn't even get any viagra email last week." Customers have not been contacted by the firm.

UKSolutions told The Register would not comment on the reasons for the dispute, beyond saying it was "for reasons beyond our control".

A spokesman said: "It could be resolved immediately."

The Suffolk-based firm's phones are not being answered. A recorded message on the customer support line says the brodband problems are due to "technical difficulties".

In May, one of Fast24's broadband wholesalers NetServices cut the firm off. This time round, NetServices has issued a statement saying its own supply to Fast24 is still available. ®
