ICSTIS, the premium phone line regulator, has been deluged by complaints from disgruntled Big Brother chumps fans following the reentry into the human zoo of four already evicted housemates.

The gripers say they were misled by the show, having thought they had paid for the pleasure of seeing the gormless wannabes turfed out into permanent plebscurity and poverty, having been stripped of the chance to bag the fabulous cash prize.

Not so however, as in a special poll culminating last night scouse beanpole Mikey, shrieking infant Nikki, this year's panto villain Grace, and octogenarian pornstar Lea were shovelled back in. Channel 4 has said it'll be donating its £250,000 take to charity.

ICSTIS said today its complaints file on the situation already stands at 2,500 whinges though, 2,000 of which have been helpfully passed on by their buddies at Ofcom. The regulator said it had not decided whether to investigate Minick Ltd and ITouch UK, who are contracted to provide the SMS and premium phone services respectively.

A statement said the watchdog is reviewing the crucial matter on "an hourly basis".

At time of writing the phones were not being answered at ICSTIS.®
