This year's European Intel Solutions Summit is taking place on 17-20 May in Madrid.

The event is focussed on emerging technologies in wireless, desktop and server markets and on Intel's "vision of the digital home".

There will also be an exclusive "channel showcase" addressed by third party vendors and partners.

Maurits Tichelman, head of Intel's EMEA reseller biz, said the channel accounts fore than a third of its processor unit sales and is responsible for "significant growth beyond the desktop as a result of our mobile and server channel programmes"
