Windows Minesweeper is an 'offence to mine victims'

Outraged by the latest piece of political correctness regarding Windows Minesweeper, Warren has a couple of things to get off his chest:

Firstly, why pick Winmine? why not ban and blacklist every single game in the world, ban Unreal Tournament, Half Life, Quake 1-2-3 because people get shot within these games as do people in real life.

Ban Solitare! and all the other windows games, because people gamble in these games in real life and lose their life over a bet, turning to alcohol and drugs, and people know them and get upset.

Let's ban racing games! because in real life people crash state-of-the-art driving machines, family friends and supporters get upset if the driver is hurt or dead.

Let's ban films, because some people see a scene re-enacted that may relate to a period in their life in which someone may have died or a dreadful accident. This can go on forever....

As in schools in America and even here in Scotland, innocent children get shot and murdered in cold blood and what gets the blame for encouraging it? games...movies...

Who's going to remind the blamers that most of the people that kill don't even play games, lets ban books while were at it because they are what these movies are based on, and are even more vivid and in depth in the horror and violence than the films.

My statement is what if we start banning silly things, where will that take us? do we "normalise" our society where nobody can be free in imagination. Why do people get outraged at whats on tv at certain times? If you dont like it DONT USE IT.
