Yogic Flyers top political sites

Shame they're not standing

The latest figures from Internet monitoring outfit, Keynote, reveals that those Yogic Flying members of the Natural Law Party have the most responsive Web site of all the political parties in the general election.

Except, everyone knows that the Natural Law Party - which bases its political aspiration in the belief that "Natural Law is the intelligence and infinite organising power that silently maintains and guides the evolution of everything in the universe" - isn't taking part in this general election.

It announced in January that its members would not stand and instead focus on implementing the "powerful Natural Law programmes that the party promotes to create an ideal society".

Perhaps they channelled the energy of Natural Law to help improve the performance if their Web site so that the average download time was just 1.05 seconds - 0.7 seconds faster that the Socialist Workers Party. Who knows, but it's definitely slick.

Elsewhere, the Tory's average download is a smidgen over two seconds with the LibDems coming in with almost eight seconds.

Unfortunately, Keynote doesn't have the figures for Labour's Web site and they won't be available until next Tuesday at the earliest. It seems the geeks at Millbank have changed the scripting on the site or something, and now Keynote says it can't rely on the accuracy of the results.

You make up your own mind on that. ®
