The BBC has jumped on the dotcom bandwagon just as it falls off the edge of a cliff with its newly announced series Attachments.

Billed as a "sexually-charged new drama series set in an Internet start-up company", it promises to look at sex, office politics and email flirtations in the office. So no worries about dialogue then; tappity-tappity-tap-tap.

We're all getting that sinking feeling already.

BBC controller Jane Root said that if the public wants to know where BBC 2 is going, they should look to Attachments. Oh God. ®
