Big Breakfast star Johnny Vaughan is planning to set up a DIY site.

The Channel 4 presenter has registered globalshed.com and globalshed.co.uk through World's End Productions - the London company that he co-owns.

According to Register sources, Vaughan is planning a site for DIY enthusiasts.

Worlds End Productions was unable to comment on Globalshed. Jim Phillips, a director at World's End, said the venture was "in development and under consideration".

When asked if it was to be a DIY site, Phillips responded: "Possibly - but it's a bit more than that".

Vaughan regularly spends time in the garden shed on the Big Breakfast TV show examining the latest inventions by the likes of Trevor Bayliss - the brains behind the clockwork (windup) radio.

Sadly, Vaughan himself wasn't around to comment today. But if you read the Reg Johnny, give us a bell as we'd love to hear about your ideas for the site. ®
