Orange puts budget smartphones on the map

While Samsung has been busy unveiling handsets in Sweden, Orange has revealed a budget Android smartphone named after its capital city, as well a couple of others also named after places in Europe.
The Orange Stockholm runs Android 2.2 Froyo. It includes a 2.8in capacitive touchscreen and 3.2Mp camera, as well as an FM radio, an MP3 player and support for Orange maps.
The Orange Stockholm is listed as "coming soon" with a price of £80. ®
Next up is the Orange Barcelona, which packs many similar features, runs Android 2.2 Froyo and sports a Qwerty keyboard.
Priced at £100 on PAYG, the Barcelona is available now.
Finally, there's the Monte Carlo, a slightly more upmarket model that runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It boasts a 4.3in touchscreen, a 5Mp camera and HD voice capabilities.
The Orange Monte Carlo is also listed as coming soon. There's no indication of pricing yet. ®
