Cloud firm wafts out white label ERP for small biz

Seven years work for £30 a head

Salesorder.com is offering a white label version of its online ERP software for resellers to sell on to their customers.

UK operations director Nick Spooner told us the software came about when he was running a small business and looking for a cloud ERP product.

Spooner said: "NetSuite wanted £30,000 and I couldn't find the solution I wanted - something cheap and really easy to use." He said the software had taken seven years to develop and was aimed at the non-technical business owner.

Salesorder is now offering the same software as a white label service - resellers can sell it on to customers in return for a slice of ongoing revenues. He said two years of experience selling the software directly showed most customers got it installed and up and running with minimum help or support.

The software starts at £30 a month for one user, or £60 for up to three people. It provides invoicing, CRM, job tracking and stock control - functions which traditionally have needed expensive and highly-integrated systems likely to be out of reach for smaller firms. ®
