Vodafone has unveiled its first two flagship touchscreen handsets designed to help you take full advantage of its new 360 web portal.

The network operator’s 360 service enables you to see your address book, access social networking services and to buy applications or music through a customised portal on your phone.

As for the Vodafone 360 phones, both are manufactured by Samsung.

The H1 is the daddy of the pair, sporting a 3.5in OLED display, Wi-Fi and 3G support, and a 16GB internal memory.

Alternatively, the M1 has a slightly smaller 3.2in TFT screen and Micro SD memory card-based storage.

Because the M1’s designed to access the 360 service, it does support 3G - but there’s no mention of Wi-Fi access on the phone.

The M1 is also set-up for 360 access, but is less advanced than the H1

A 5Mp camera is built into the H1, whereas the M1 has a slightly less powerful 3Mp camera.

Both handsets run on the LiMo platform, Vodafone said.

Prices for either mobile phone haven’t been confirmed yet, but details will probably emerge once the Vodafone 360 service launches in the UK later this year. ®
