Microsoft countersues Lucent

In brief Microsoft is countersuing Lucent, alleging the company is infringing 10 of its patents.

Lucent accused Microsoft of infringing its patents last month - specifically technology in Microsoft's XBox 360 games console. After considering the claim, Microsoft is suing them back.
