Patriots praise Bush's 'Null Provider' plan

Letters Patriots throughout The Reg kingdom have celebrated President Bush's call for the US to become "the null provider" of broadband Internet access.

A number of letters hit the old inbox after Bush made the following declaration yesterday during a speech.

"And so - by the way, we rank 10th amongst the industrialized world in broadband technology and its availability. That's not good enough for America. Tenth is 10 spots too low as far as I'm concerned."

This has led to the new election-year chant "U-S-A number nothing."

I'm really impressed by Bush's quotes: I thought he really meant 9... or is being 1st not good enough?

I'm glad he is a politician and not an engineer working on the develoment of a nuclear bomb...

But, on a scale from one to ten, this letter truly takes the zero spot.

Ok.. I agree.. Bush is taking advantage of us.. but why should we not take the same advantage? Whoever gives us the most of what we want we should support. You want xxx.. vote.. 111.. I want yyy.. I vote 333.. whatever... but, and Bush and been the most reasonable.. (hmm) well.. the most supporting of what we want.  You want JFK ? I think he is to unknown... and with 300 million.. hell.. he could care less. I doubt he could use a computer.
