Punters petition broadband outfit Homechoice

Demand 'decent service for their money'

Disgruntled customers have started an online petition demanding "decent service for [their] money" from UK broadband outfit Homechoice.

By late Thursday afternoon 41 people had signed the petition but organiser, Sarah Moloney, hopes many more customers will add their names over the coming weeks.

"I started the petition after constant problems with connection speeds and lost emails," Sarah told The Register.

"Telephoning customer care at Homechoice does no good, all you get is excuses. They promise replies to calls but that never happens.

"All I want is the service that I am paying for, not the patchy unreliable service I get now," she said.

No one was available from Homechoice to give us a comment, although they were aware of the petition after it was featured in the Telegraph. ®
