Intel files suit against Hadron
Trademark court case, again
The Intel Corporation has filed a trademark case against Hadron Inc, a firm which provides information management and technical services to US federal agencies and commercial businesses.
The case, docket number 5:00cv20811, was filed in the San Jose District Court on the 31st of July, and relates to alleged trademark infringement (statute 15:1114).
Magistrate Judge Edward A. Infante has been assigned to the case, but no details are available as how Hadron has allegedly infringed Intel's trademarks.
For a moment, we thought Hadron was maybe some new processor that Intel had up its corporate sleeves, but a quick glance at this URL does not seem to list this as a processor name.
It could be anything. Let's hope Hadron Inc hasn't been putting anything into the familiar Intel loop, which has also been trademarked by the chip giant. ®
