Acer set to strike deal with TSMC

But nature of the beast unclear

Computex Rumours that Acer is about to strike a deal with Taiwanese foundry TSMC are being met with a stone wall of silence. There is speculation at the show that TSMC could either bail out or even acquire Acer's semiconductor unit. ®
