Indeed, its report into the work of the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) is to be commended. To publicise the report, the DTI sent out a press release - and why not. But the age old question facing anyone undertaking such a task is how to make their press release stand out from the crowd. The DTI decided to go straight for the jugular, it’s release came complete with the headline: "CHILD PORNOGRAPHY ON THE INTERNET" in big bold capital letters. The fact that underneath, in less pronounced type, it says: "Publication of review of the Internet Watch Foundation" is neither here nor there. And people call The Register tabloid…
