SEC probes ex Google bod

The US Securities and Exchange Commission has launched an enquiry into Nikesh Arora, a former Google executive, focusing on his actions as SoftBank president and COO.

The Financial Times has reported (£) that the probe relates to a letter sent by shareholders to the SoftBank board. SoftBank has claimed that the allegations are “without merit”. ®
