Facebook video and nausea

Facebook now supports video comments and 360-degree photos.

Video comments mean you can choose to upload a video when you respond to friends' posts. Which will mean Facebook users likely consume more data and spend even more time on The Social NetworkTM, seeing as Facebook comments are not noted for offering lengthy or learned texts requiring more than mere seconds of attention.

>Also new is a tweak that allows 360-degree photos to be uploaded as if they were any other image. Facebook will figure out when you upload something with panoramic potential and "convert it to an immersive 360 photo that people can explore."

Strap on a Samsung Gear VR and you'll be able to have the never-disorienting-or-nauseating experience of seeing the shot in a virtual environment. ®
