Sync 'n' share Scality's RING

Enterprise file sync and share has come to Scality courtesy of Storage Made Easy's EFSS Gateway.

Scality RING object storage provides a massive, petabyte-scale repository with file and object access and the gateway layers file sharing and synchronisation onto it. EFSS supports desktop clients, with a Cloud Drive for Windows, Mac and Windows, and there are web and mobile apps. User access controls can be set with policies which also enable event audits and bring-your-own-device control. Access via WebDav and FTP is supported. SME's EFSS products supports other backend stores suchas on-premises systems, public cloud repositories, or third party software vendors’ cloud - SharePoint or SalesForce, for example. ®
