Oracle gobbles Textura

Oracle has bought payment company Textura for $663m.

Textura is a leading payment management system for the construction industry, and Oracle intends to roll it into its Primavera software suite which has recently been re-architected for the cloud.

Textura shareholders will receive $26 in cash per share. Textura processes $3.4 billion in payments for over 6,000 projects each month. ®
