Robots: Engage Supplementary Slurp Protocol

Very few people did not want robots involved (just 87). Of the pro-robo movement, the largest camp called for the machine legions to be organised not into specific makes but general types. So here's your chance to decide just which ones:

Jedi or other combat mystics: In as a group are they

Despite a reasonably large vote for splitting these sorts up, the bulk of you favoured lumping all of them in together: so think of this contingent as an eclectic mix of Jedi, Sith, Chinese chop-socky fanciers from House of Flying Daggers, and similar martial-arts-n-magic practitioners.

Plucky Civilians with Improvised Weapons: In

And it was another landslide for these staple movie protagonists - but nobody wanted more detail, so just think of this group as a sort of angry mob with pitchforks, flaming torches, baseball and/or cricket bats, perhaps a few shotguns or blunderbusses, meat cleavers, chainsaws, nailguns and so forth. Those of you - surprisingly many - who wanted to see Morris dancers included should probably consider them as being in this category.

So there we are. Once these final little details are sorted out, we'll be back next week with the final slurp to decide the Great Question - who would win in a fight: Ninjas, Fast Zombies, Shambler Zombies, Pirates, various kinds of human military possibly including Chuck Norris, Hot Vampires With Guns, Humdrum Vampires, Werewolves Which Just Turn Into Furry People, Werewolves Which Become Actual Wolves, various kinds of aliens possibly including Dr Who, various kinds of robots possibly including all-Flash enterprise storage arrays, or Jedi?

We'll see you then. ®

*For which there is a good deal of historical precent, in fact, not least when you consider the early history of the Royal Navy.
