In this one-hour broadcast, Steve "Planky" Plank will guide you through the step-by-step process for spinning up Windows Server 2012 virtual machines, building virtual networks, and installing Active Directory.

You will learn how to deploy core infrastructure services such as file servers, web servers, domain controllers and messaging and LOB applications, to Microsoft Azure. Using a Windows Azure Virtual Network as the container for your cloud resources, you can connect this back to your home network and treat the cloud resources as if they were part of your corporate network. Planky will show you how to set these things up, how to migrate and how to estimate costs.
