Ex-Dell top storage gun Darren Thomas has joined Micron to run its storage business unit.

Thomas was VP enterprise storage at Dell but resigned in December 2012. He now becomes the Storage business unit VP at Micron, looking after disk drive-replacing SSDs and "enterprise-class storage solutions."
