Vidstreams At around 19:45 GMT on November 13th, the northern Australian city of Cairns will begin to experience a total solar eclipse, and we here at the Register's Australian bureau have chosen a couple of methods whereby our round-the-globe-round-the-clock readership can join in the excitement and watch the sun go out online.
Complete darkness will hit the city at 20:38 GMT, before the path of the eclipse passes over the Pacific Ocean.
Eclipse-watchers have flown in from around the world for the event, which has also become the centre of a cultural festival in Cairns.
The video below, if all goes well, will bring you a live feed of the eclipse.
This feed also looks to have live eclipse action.
