On Sunday, Austrian Felix Baumgartner leapt into the record books when he skydived [1] from 128,100 feet (39,045 meters), possibly going supersonic as he plunged earthwards over New Mexico.
Simultaneously, somewhere in Holland, his diminutive twin made his own bid for glory, albeit from a slightly less heady height:
