Life at Googleplex REVEALED in hot pics

Or slightly hinted at anyway

Googlers in the basement

Why doesn't anyone at Google like playing pitch and putt? Can the rumours of camera-shy Oompa-Loompas be true?

Google's Mountain View headquarters

No, it seems more likely that the staff are not actually allowed in these lovely areas and are instead locked up in the cellar beavering away. Especially since on the pitch and putt picture, two people who actually work at Google (or at least their Google+ account says they do) have commented:

"Wait, we have a putt putt course?" and "We have a putt putt course WHERE IS THE PUTT PUTT COURSE"

Very strange.

However, scrolling through a few more images will finally get you some actual Googlers (no Oompa-Loompas, sadly).

Here they are chowing down in the cafeteria.

And here they are "working" in a super-casual environment.

But what's this? Can it be that they are all working on Macs? As one commenter asks, where are all the Chromebooks, eh? To which, Google responds:

Googlers use a variety of different laptop types (including Chromebooks :)) depending on the team, the work, personal preference, etc.

Yes, they're that open-minded at Mountain View, it's a lesson to all of us, isn't it?
