Samsung has taken its Galaxy Tab on the road, promoting its fondleslab through a custom-built road bike with built-in slate holder.

The company says the odd cycling accessory means the Galaxy Tab 10.1 [1] can be "easily used while on the move", although it's a struggle to see how.

In fact, it's difficult to see why anyone would get one in the first place and appears little more a bit of attention-seeking for both Samsung's Galaxy Tab and the company that creates the bespoke bicycles, 14 Bike Co. [2]

Either way, the two-tone bike will indeed be available with the carbon fibre tab holder, should you wish to kit your kinetic transport out as such.

Prices are unknown - Samsung and co. wouldn't say - as is the risk factor for using such a device while manoeuvring through treacherous London traffic. Both are undoubtedly quite high, though. ®
