Sony Ericsson has at last launched its latest Android smartphone - the Xperia Ray - which can now be picked up here in Blighty from a range of service providers.
O2 revealed its Xperia Ray prices [1], with the handset offered for free on a £15.50 a month contract. This'll fetch you 200 minutes and unlimited texts.
Meanwhile, Vodafone is offering the Xperia Ray [2] for free from £26 a month, which'll gives you 300 minutes and unlimited texts, with 500MB of data thrown in too.

The Xperia Ray runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread with a 1GHz processor, 512MB Ram and up to 32GB storage through microSD card. It also includes a 3.3in screen and packs an 8.1Mp camera.
If signing on the dotted line for a monthly contract doesn't appeal, the handset can be picked up sim-free from £299 [3]. ®
