Sony has put a price to its PlayStation TV and confirmed it will come to Blighty this autumn.
The 24in active-shutter gaming 3D TV [1], first announced at E3 2011, brings with it a technology called "SimulView", allowing gamers to see two separate stereoscopic images, depending on which glasses they wear.
We reported recently how Amazon US was taking preorders [2] and had the set down for a 31 December launch.
However, Sony dismissed this date, insisting the PSTV will hit stores in Europe during Q3.
The Sony PlayStation television will cost £499 and comes with two sets of 3D glasses, as well as a bundled game. ®
