Security and trust: The backbone of doing business over the internet

Broadcast Cloud isn't all or nothing: you can move the services and apps you want to move at the right time for your business. But which apps, and when?

Given all the hype and conjecture recently, we could be forgiven for thinking that we should have decommissioned our server rooms or data centres and moved everything to the Cloud already. But you don't believe that.

If you're planning a phased cloud migration (or just want to keep some apps in house), what should you move now, what's best moved later, and what should stay at home?

On June 23rd at 11:00 BST Reg Editor Tim Phillips is joined by James Greenman, Group IT Director at Care UK, Grant Tanner from Star, and FreeForm Dynamics Analyst Andrew Buss to address the who, what, why and when of such cloud business dilemmas.

We’ll look at:

  • What Care UK and other Star customers have done.
  • Which apps provide the best return in the cloud today?
  • Which apps are best left until later and why?
  • Alternative strategies for integration with cloud apps.

We want to hear your own experiences during this live webcast so join in the conversation with the event’s on-going Q&A.

This Regcast is free and available here along with our on-demand offering sign-up if you can't make the live show.
