Build a business case: developing custom apps

Reader poll As business has become more mobile, the ability to connect to business applications and communications has become more critical and is turning applications into services.

Meanwhile, as cloud services provided by third parties become a bigger part of the IT service delivery, connectivity becomes one of the cornerstones of the solution.

Yet oftentimes connectivity can be a major headache, with customer support, billing problems, performance anomalies and end user confusion all adding to the complexity of keeping things going.

Tell us what you think of the capabilities of network connectivity and service providers in our latest reader poll, located here.

We will publish the results in coming weeks. Your participation, as always, is appreciated. ®
