Protecting against web application threats using SSL

Reader Poll With all of the noise generated around Cloud, we thought it was time for a reality check with one of the world's largest communities of IT professionals - that's you, by the way.

We're trying to understand if Cloud is really the future of computing and if it is, how much? Do you think you'd trust them to host any of your apps, do you see the cloud fitting in as some kind of outsourcing arrangement? Is there anything you are already running that might best be handed over to a third party to take care of?

Given that this is such a fundamental issue, we want all of you guys to come out and help us get under the skin of some of this discussion, and hopefully clear up some of the hype and confusion that currently exists. We would, as always, be very grateful for your input.

You can get cracking here. ®
